Hi, I am Karina Crow. I am a Registered Social Worker and have close to two decades of front-line and clinical practice in mental health and addictions. I have a bachelor's (BSW), and master's of Social Work (MSW), and hold multiple certifications in various therapy modalities.
My practice offers evidence-based, integrative, individualized counselling and wellness sessions to individuals in a non-judgmental and safe space. I am an ally in supporting diversity and welcome people who identify as counter-culturalist's, nonconformists, creatives, musicians, and people who are exploring their meaning in the world. I provide in-person, online, and by-phone counselling and coaching sessions. I am allied with the lgbtqia2s+ community and work to offer a culturally safe space.
In addition to my counselling modalities, I also offer a specialized treatment, Accelerated Resolution Therapy (ART) in person at the Cloverdale clinic. ART works to directly to reprogram the way in which distressing memories and images are stored in the brain so that they no longer trigger strong emotional or physical reactions.

Hello,
I have a Master's in Counselling Psychology, (RCC). My practice centers on the importance of understanding individuals from their worldviews and viewing them through a holistic lens. As a counsellor, these important factors help me better understand my clients and provide them with a safe and non-judgmental space.
I have experience working with clients of different ages, from children to older adults from diverse ethnic backgrounds. I conduct counselling in both English and Punjabi and use various therapeutic approaches. These approaches include Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Mindfulness-Based CBT, Solution-Focused Therapy, Play Therapy, and Narrative Therapy. I also have an education background in Anthropology and Sociology with a Bachelor of Arts. This education informs my practice to better understand how cultural and systemic issues impact our well-being. My primary approach to counselling is to support my clients through their process of healing and resilience.
On a personal front, I am a cisgender female born in the Interior of British Columbia to immigrant parents from India. I am a spiritual person who loves being in nature, watching hockey, and traveling.
