Cloverdale Rodeo
Every year, Cloverdale is home to the largest Canada Day celebration in Western Canada, welcoming families for free music, activities and food.
The small-town charm of Cloverdale also attracts movie and TV makers and has served as a backdrop for shows like Smallville, Supernatural and Sabrina.
Since 1945, Cloverdale has also hosted the annual Cloverdale Rodeo at the Cloverdale Fairgrounds.
Arts and Enterainment
A popular shopping night is returning to Cloverdale.
The Cloverdale Arts & Entertainment Association (CA&EA) is hosting its annual female-focused Christmas shopping night.
“Ladies Night Out is back again this year,” said Paige Hardy, president of CA&EA. “This is a wonderful way to kick off the holiday season. Most stores will be offering deals, goodies, and other things, as a way to say ‘thank you’ to their customers.”
“We will have a few pop up vendors joining us that participated in Cloverdale Market Days this summer to offer more local shopping,” Hardy noted.
The shopping night will take place along 176th Street in downtown Cloverdale and 57th Avenue.
